Resveratrol may help Multiple Sclerosis

A study conducted by researchers at the University of Utah, found that resveratrol helped with certain symptoms of an MS-like disease in laboratory mice. While this research is preliminary, and effects on mice do not imply similar results in humans, it is another promising discovery on resveratrol’s pro-health benefits to living organisms.

Resveratrol is one of many potent antioxidants that stimulates our bodies to produce glutathione. Increasing glutathione production and subsequently controlling free radical damage is being studied as another promising treatment for MS.
